Felisa MacGillivray, B.A. (Psychology), D.C.

Felisa MacGillivray is a chiropractor, health coach, and former crisis-line counselor with more than twenty-five years of experience helping individuals improve their physical, emotional, and functional well-being. Her work brings together psychology, clinical practice, and lifestyle-based health education, giving her a unique perspective on how people heal and how daily habits shape long-term wellness.

Felisa began her career in psychology, supporting individuals and families through crisis and recovery. She later earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and went on to spend more than two decades in private practice, where she worked closely with members seeking relief from stress, fatigue, chronic discomfort, and lifestyle-related health challenges. These experiences strengthened her belief that real health grows from understanding how the body works and how everyday choices influence resilience.

Now semi-retired from hands-on clinical care, Felisa focuses on writing, teaching, and helping people develop practical, sustainable approaches to health. She continues to deepen her understanding of human behavior, preventive care, and the foundations of longevity and vitality, sharing what she learns to support others on their own health journeys.
